She is the Founder/CEO of Fire On The Runway International, Founder of Global Hub Network, and Global Director of Development & Initiatives for Let’s Lead Africa.
With nearly two decades of experience in leadership, business development, call center operations, branding, marketing, and community impact, Taneka has built a reputation for transforming vision into movement. Her work centers on women’s empowerment, entrepreneurship, fashion, youth development, global partnerships, and culturally rooted economic opportunity.
As the visionary behind Fire On The Runway International, Taneka has expanded the brand from runway productions into a global ecosystem that now includes fashion experiences, entrepreneur visibility, and the FOTR Vault a curated marketplace created to elevate culturally rooted women-owned brands in fashion, beauty, wellness, and lifestyle.
Taneka is also deeply committed to nonprofit leadership and community development. Through her work with Let’s Lead Africa, mentoring programs, and board leadership, she continues to create pathways for women, youth, entrepreneurs, and underserved communities to grow, lead, and thrive.
