Kenety Sonsanah Gee is an ordained minister, global health professional, workforce development strategist, and author committed to advancing human flourishing through faith, leadership, education, and economic opportunity. He serves as Director of Workforce Strategy at Prelude Global, helping develop workforce solutions across the United States and West Africa.
A graduate of Concordia Seminary in St. Louis and Northwestern University in Chicago, Kenety writes at the intersection of faith, identity, leadership, and societal transformation. He is the author of Generational Shift: Shift Mindsets, Break Cycles, and Embrace New Ideas for Africa's Growth and Arrows of Night, Arrows of Light: Invisible Forces That Can Make or Break You. His latest work, False Sense of Inferiority, False Sense of Superiority: Illusions That Distort Human Flourishing, explores how distorted identities shape individuals, institutions, and nations while offering a compelling vision for dignity, servant leadership, and human flourishing.
Splitting his time between the United States and Liberia, Kenety is passionate about equipping people and communities to realize their God-given potential. An avid marathon runner, he has also summited Mount Kilimanjaro.
